Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Doleb. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Doleb website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Service.
The Service is operated by Nader & Co Ltd ("Doleb", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16735761), whose registered office is at Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB, United Kingdom.
2. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the Doleb website and mobile application.
"Content" refers to all materials found in the Service, including text, images, maps, and interactive features.
"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
"Ticket" refers to a digital ride entitlement purchased through the Service.
"Bus Operator" refers to the independent transport company that operates a ride booked through the Service.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Tickets and Payments
Doleb lets you book bus rides and pay fares through the app. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as presented to you at the time of purchase.
The total price of your ticket, including any applicable taxes and fees, is shown before you confirm your booking.
Because tickets are for passenger transport services, the 14-day cancellation period that applies to some online purchases does not apply to them.
Ticket fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Bus Operators
Rides are operated by independent Bus Operators. Doleb provides the booking, ticketing, and tracking platform and is not the carrier. The Bus Operator is responsible for the transport service itself, including the vehicle, the driver, passenger safety, and the timetable.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nader & Co Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service or its content, unless expressly authorized by Doleb.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
You further agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or any connected computer systems or networks.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Doleb does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that bus schedules and live tracking will always be accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Doleb be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to Terms
Doleb reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
